Pembroke is fortunate to have a long stretch of waterfront dedicated to parkland with trails. At the north end there are soccer fields, playpark, a beach as well as concessions and even a serviced campground. Check out the dugout canoe in the park behind the old downtown area. Nice place to take lunch.
