Perm (en ruso: Пермь, Perm ) es una ciudad y el centro administrativo del krai de Perm, Rusia, situada a orillas del río Kama en la parte europea de Rusia, cerca de los montes Urales. Entre 1940 y 1957 fue conocida como Mólotov (ruso: Молотов), nombrada en honor de Viacheslav Mólotov.

In 1723 a copper-smelting works was founded at the village of Yegoshikha (founded 1568), at the junction of the Yegoshikha and Kama.
