19 de dic. de 2018 · And that is all it will tell you. Not who it was to, not the path it took, not any of the other information that they can look up about the package. UPS recycles their numbers, so after 120 days it might be to late. like maybe that info exists somewhere, but what's in it for them to take the time to find it for you.
11 de jun. de 2022 · A: If your package has a departure scan it will get an arrival scan. Departure Scans are logical scans based on the most recent physical scan. When a trailer departs or arrives at a UPS facility the packages in that trailer get a scan based on that. If you have a departure scan you will eventually see an arrival scan.
16 de may. de 2021 · When tracking a package it used to be that you could view the detailed scans (which included the approximate container scans). Now it says On the Way. Clicking on view details doesn't give any useful information... Or does it? This trick works whether you have just a tracking number or click on the tracking logged in through UPS My Choice.
30 de ago. de 2022 · Either way, (877) 289-6418 is the best number available to reach a real person. There is no way, at least here my part of the USA, to contact a local UPS office directly. I was told by 2 customer service reps on different calls that the local offices are set up only to make outgoing calls. There are no numbers available for us to call them ...

My package had a departure scan out of San Diego for 6 days now. There has been no update on tracking since the 8th. My package is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. I live in New York.
28 de feb. de 2022 · The 2 for UPS show no pickup, no transit, nothing, just like I created a label and UPS never picked up ... and I dropped them off personally ... so wtf. I ordered something off the JBL website a couple days ago and today it says shipped and gave me a tracking number. I went on UPS site and it says the tracking number isn't in their system.
16 de oct. de 2022 · Ups can't find my package details. On the 7th, so over a week ago, I order an item from Amazon. It is supposed to be delivered by ups and was to arrive on the 13th. By the 11th/12th it said it had shipped but the 13th came and went, and it hadn't showed up. My Amazon order page says the package is running late and "should" be here by the 18th.
