10 de jul. de 2018 · Go into the Device Manager, choose the Mouse device, on Driver tab see if Roll back is available and try that first. If not then try Uninstall, restart PC using keyboard to Ctrl Alt Del, on blue screen tab to Power Icon in bottom right, press Enter, arrow down to Restart, press Enter to restart to reinstall the driver. 4 de feb. de 2022 · I have installed a Logitech MX Anywhere 2 mouse on my Windows 11 pc. It is erratic in its behavior hanging up and freezing. If I use the trackpad I can move the curser and the mouse will function again. I have been in contact with Logitech support and they have tried everything.

I had already tried the Windows Updates, deleting the mouse and keyboard drivers (had not tried the USB driver), verified that both had the most recent Logitech firmware and ran the About My Dell software for any updates....but had not ran the Dell scanner utility.
31 de oct. de 2017 · I got this bluetooth logitech mouse not even that long ago. Like maybe 9 months or so. It must be the mouse though. But what doesn't make sense, is if I take out the batteries then put them back in, the mouse works for about 5 seconds before disconnecting. Like the cursor on my screen I can actually move. Then after the 5 seconds it shuts off ...
28 de mar. de 2019 · Problem was Logitech's Set-Point Mouse software. Looks Like it does not work with Windows 10 although I had the latest update. I uninstalled from Control Panel then Restarted. Voila! All ok now. Just wrote this as someone else may have this issue. Good Luck! This is a good and helpful Community. Replies (2) .
8 de sept. de 2022 · Hi, I am using a Logitech M720 mouse and MX keys keyboard, when PC goes to sleep, these will not wake it up from sleep. They will wake up my work laptop. I need to wake my home PC up using a second M310 logitech mouse. Once woken, the keyboard and mouse are useable. Running Windows 10 Version 21H2. Logitech updates done.
5 de sept. de 2019 · I am using a Logitech Mouse ( M 510) and Logitech Keyboard (K800). Runs through a Logitech Unifying Receiver. Updated drivers are installed. I have trouble with erratic movements and freezing of the cursor. The only Mice that show up in Device Manager are 2 entries for HID Compliant. I run a similar setup on another Dell.
