Are there any quality tweaks to smooth out the square blocky look of shadows in this game? They don't look this bad in FO4, but I'm not sure what the setting difference is. Everything is maxed out in my game settings, but I'm betting there's an INI tweak.

This will completely disable shadows, this isn't the same as all the other methods out there that only partially disable shadows yet leave a slight ring of them around yourself. These go under the [Display] section inside the .ini files (Should be the first section) Archived post.

9 de oct. de 2021 · Is there a mod out there or known fix that gives me normal looking shadows? The shadows look 'OK on Series X (not quite as bad but still a little blocky) just the game resolution is low and I would prefer to play it on my 3080 on PC. Thanks! Archived post. 13 de ene. de 2024 · Shadows are ok but not great even on ultra. They always tend to look pixelated no matter what you do.
23 de ago. de 2021 · Updated for latest fallout 76 version (new lines added for full compatibility + water bug fixed) So this is just an easy alternative to My Guide in steam. Files consist in custom configs, made and tested by me. There are 3 different versions: F76Fixes with ultra textures recommended for cards with 8 GB or more.
