The SSTB release has the Dr. Know solo. There are a bunch of full-band demos of SSTB songs that got a bit of polish for the first album. Everything Evil doesn't have the door sound effect at the beginning, Godsend Conspirator doesn't fade out at the end, etc.
The Second Stage Turbine Blade is the debut studio album by American progressive rock band Coheed and Cambria. It was originally released on March 5, 2002 through Equal Vision Records. It is their first album and part one of a tetralogy, telling the story of The Amory Wars.
For those who don't know, Second Stage Turbine Blade is the first Coheed album that saw release, but the third part (so far) in the story. The prior ones are The Afterman and the Year of the Black Rainbow, and you can find my write-ups on both of them here and here, respectively.
