Stephen Toussaint (born 22 March 1965) is a British actor and writer. He first gained prominence through his role in the ITV crime drama The Knock (1994–2000). As of 2022, he plays Lord Corlys Velaryon in the HBO fantasy series House of the Dragon.
Toussaint was cast in 2021 as Lord Corlys 'The Sea Snake' Velaryon in Game of Thrones prequel on HBO House of the Dragon, one of the highest-rated and most watched shows. He's opposite a distinguished cast including Paddy Considine, Eve Best, Olivia Cooke, Emma D'Arcy, Emily Carey, and Matt Smith.
