Ilham Hussain (born May 23, 1955) is a Maldivian health advocate, public figure, and politician who served as the First Lady of the Maldives from 2012 until 2013 during the tenure of President Mohammed Waheed Hassan. She is the head of the Maldives Autism Association.
މުޙައްމަދު ވަޙީދު ޙަސަން މަނިކު; born 3 January 1953) is a Maldivian politician who served as president of the Maldives from 7 February 2012 to 17 November 2013, having succeeded to the office following the resignation of President Mohamed Nasheed, under whom he served as Vice President.
The vice president is the first in the line of succession to the presidency in the event of the president's death, resignation, or removal from office. The current office-holder is Hussain Mohamed Latheef who was sworn in on 17 November 2023.

Maldives Autism Association (MAA) was founded on 21st January 2010 by Madam Ilham Hussain. She became aware of the importance of educating and helping children with Autism when she worked as a teacher at an autism center in New York.
