«Go West» es una canción del grupo musical Village People. Lanzada originalmente como un sencillo en 1979, no fue tan popular como otros sencillos del grupo lanzados en ese tiempo, como "Y.M.C.A." o "In the Navy"; sin embargo la canción fue todo un éxito cuando en 1993 el dúo de los Pet Shop Boys grabó una versión de la misma.
