"Ça plane pour moi" (French pronunciation: [sa plan puʁ mwa]) is a 1977 song credited to Belgian musician Plastic Bertrand, with vocals performed by producer Lou Deprijck. The backing track was previously utilized on the song "Jet Boy, Jet Girl" by Elton Motello.
The song was backed by session musicians [2] Mike Butcher (guitar), John Valcke (bass), and Bob Dartsch (drums), instead of Elton Motello's regular musicians. That exact same backing track was simultaneously used by Belgian artist Plastic Bertrand on his internationally successful hit single "Ça plane pour moi".

A few months earlier, Deprijck had cooperated with Elton Motello (aka Alan Ward), who wrote English lyrics for the same track and recorded it as "Jet Boy, Jet Girl". Plastic Bertrand toured Europe, Japan, Australia and North America with Lou Deprijck, becoming one of the few French-speaking artists to appear in the Billboard chart.
