It's not the Mimic endo, it's just Glitchtrap possessing (or more accurately, controlling) this body Vanny made for him as the ultimate way of replicating Afton. That could also explain why it is so weak, because Glitchtrap used that body prematurely because Gregory was going to destroy it.
