Damaged device is a memory fragment that is required to start the Nadir saga. It can be found on floors 18 to 22 on any complexity. This is not a monster drop. Instead, it will be found on the floor and appear to be part of the scenery. It will not show up on the minimap.

Start by finding a damaged device on Daemonheim floors 18-22. You might want to check whether the Nadir saga is already unlocked (see next step). Then ask Skaldrun south-west of the Daemonheim entrance to share their story. You can also right click to Start-Saga, and choose Nadir saga.
Nadir (saga) is the third Fremennik Saga. It is started by finding a damaged device on Daemonheim floors 18-22. You play as Moia, the Mahjarrat Lucien's daughter, on a quest to investigate strange occurrences at the Ritual marker and to find the Mahjarrat Bilrach in the depths of Daemonheim.
