A few deleted scenes from Jacob's Ladder (1990) with commentary by the director Adrian Lyne. Despite that I enjoyed watching extra scenes from the movie, and they were shot really cool, I can see why these scenes were cut. Sometimes less really is more to the overall sentiment of a movie.
In 1993, Showtime aired a tv version of Jacob's Ladder that contained about 20 minutes of deleted scenes and a workprint was also going around as well at one point. So are there any old collectors from the 90's that have seen this?
It means they just “took” atmosphere of some scenes. Jacobs Ladder have a deep meaning about life and death and acceptance of death. I broke down in tears few times watching it.
