Download Riva Tuner Server Statistic and set lock to 60FPS (RTSS is probably best way to get pefect framepacing in most of games). 3. In your driver settings you should have: - Power management mode - Prefer maximum performance.

To remove 80-90% of the bad stutter inherent to the engine of this game.... AND the new DEATHLOOP, do as follows: Set your MONITOR refresh rates to EITHER 60 or 120 HZ. Then set those fps limits in your game config too. Enable DRIVER vsync, i keep my IG vsync off.
- Change settings in Nvidia control panel. - Exit all possible programs that could be interfering. - Overclocking GPU. - Changing game priority and affinity. - Swapping out to older RAM. - Repasting CPU and GPU and cleaning out dust.

Easiest fix, and something some of you will have missed to do anyway: Changing the refresh rate to 60, 120, 180, or so on, hertz. With 120 & 60 being the safest bets for Dishonored 2, since that's the max supported.
