Chief Flight Attendant Clarabelle Lansing was the only fatality on the Aloha Airlines Flight 243 disaster on April 28, 1988. CB Lansing was blown out of the plane when a front section of the plane's fuselage ripped off in a flight from Hilo, Hawaii to Honolulu, Hawaii.
