His original mask (for .5: The Gray Chapter) was exactly the same as Jay Weinberg's (before he made changes to it). It was in the design of a mask made from a burlap sack with the Slipknot nine-pointed star on the forehead and a zipper on the mouth, he then added his own details to his mask.
