Quincy is a Hero who first appears in the Bloons TD 6 Generation, starting with Bloons TD 6. He is the first character to be released for that game generation, revealed very early on during teasers for Bloons TD 6 by Ninja Kiwi. He has since subsequently appeared in later games.
Quincy is actually the strongest level 20 hero if buffed to maximum due to his high fire rate and his level 3 ability. He just still falls off a little there due to no giving buffs, and it being expensive to fully harness him
quincy is able to pop every type of bloon (excluding ddts) without an MIB, and is arguably the best early game hero for the price. a good strategy is to use quincy and another weak tower, say a free dart monkey, and save up for more expensive towers so you can start that early game farming.

Quincy works worse in the early game, but requires much less of an investment. You can buy the other, better tower because Quincy levels up automatically.
