Notion Vtec Bhd is Malaysia-based investment holding firm. The company through its subsidiaries is engaged in manufactures and sells precision components, tools, and other related products. In addition, the companies also deal in surface treatment, electrolysis nickel plating, chrome plating, electroplating, and anodizing metal or like substances.
I use Notion for like 3 Months now and have lots of Tables/linked database - Pages etc. You get the Idea, I use Notion a lot and hava a lot of Data on it. So when it started lagging everywhere i just assumed it has to be a server issue. Looking in to "Notion beeing slow", I found a LOT of people complaining about it too.
If it is mostly writing related tasks, have a look at Obsidian. It is similar to Roam Research and works offline. I use Bear and the fact that Notion doesn’t have offline support is stopping me from migrating over completely. I hate the name but TiddlyWiki is the stable and infinitely customizable alternative to Roam Research.
15 de jun. de 2022 · Windows 11. In the Windows search bar at the bottom of your screen, type appwiz.cpl and you should get an option to Open it on the right. Click that. Look for Notion in the list of programs. If you see it, right click on it and select Uninstall . Good luck!
13 de mar. de 2021 · Hello, my notion desktop app isn't working and i dont'know why. i made a fresh windows installation and that is happening. web app through browser is working tough. any idea? EDIT: just manged to fix it. set microsoft edge as default browser uninstall the app. go to %appdata% and delete the Notion folder. reinstall the app
Notion is better for lists and sharing. Obsidian is better for personal notes and learning. Concepts and properties exist outside of your notes or lists. Any system that makes those connections easier to see is better for understanding those concepts. Notion doesn't let you explore your knowledge graph.
14 de jul. de 2022 · Create a table (not a board) Then in the second column of the table (make the type "select" or "multi-select") edit the property to create the tags you want. Add a board view. The tags you created in the table will become the groups in the board. You can delete the table view if you only want to see the board.
29 de dic. de 2019 · It seems that Evernote dropped the import from OneNote feature, as it "imports" OneNote files by attaching them. The currently best way (and probably the only way) to import sections from OneNote seems to be to export them in the OneNote desktop app into a .docx file. And then import them into Notion.
12 de mar. de 2022 · Yup, people have been using kaTeX in notion for a while now and it can be fun; you can use it for more than just color (eg. you can use it to change font styles, create tables, etc) but because it is code, you will see the full code in some instances (like if you use kaTeX for headings, notion displays the full code in a Table of Contents block).
10 de abr. de 2021 · Open your Notion page in firefox : Tools > Adaptative view Choose a good size of a virtual screen Take a screenshoot (top right icon) in File explorer : Right clic on the new PNG > Convert to PDF. That's it. unfortunattly, the text is not editable. Notion with no good export is like a Ferrari with Renault 4L tires.....
