  1. Remember how possessive Griffith is over his band of the hawk. Especially over guts. I took the moment in the wagon as evidence that Griffith didn't do all that he did during the eclipse because of demonic influence, but because he was given the power to do it by demons. The desire to control and subjugate/manipulate was always within him.

  2. Griffith was an ambitious selfish guy, he had a lot of flaws, but evil wasn't one of them. He decided to threw his goodness and turn evil. And that was wrong. His action was evil, but please don't try to put that Golden Age Griffith was the devil all along. Dumbass do that, berserk has realistic morality.

  3. 23 de sept. de 2022 · What he does at the end of the Eclipse is exactly what he was trying to do before it. Under Australian law, his actions would be considered 'assault with an act of indecency,' while his attempt to strangle Guts would be considered 'common assault.'. Yeah.. but Casca interprets it differently...dude was trying to mount her but it was so pathetic ...

  4. 24 de ene. de 2020 · To flex on Guts. Through out the entire griffith rescue thing Guts and casa had that awkward highschool romance thing going on. And Griffith saw it all. Basically this led him to rape casca for 2 reasons. 1 Fuck you guts. From Griffiths perspective everything went downhill as soon as guts left. 2 To take back whats his.

  5. 17 de ago. de 2019 · Griffith likely didn’t foresee his second rebirth at the Tower of Conviction when he spared Guts and Casca during the Eclipse. Judging by his conversation with Guts after the Godhand intervened in Guts’ battle with The Count, Griffith now viewed Guts as a pitiful existence that he couldn’t care less about.

  6. 6 de mar. de 2015 · For Guts and Casca, who were more of Griffith's friends, rather than simply followers, it was the wrong choice. Everyone they knew and loved was killed before their eyes, their minds were damaged along with their bodies, and it was carried out by one of the only peopld in the world they had allowed themselves to trust.

  7. 10 de abr. de 2022 · These are simply my views on the eclipse and an attempt to provide and insight on Griffith's decisions during the eclipse. I know all of you hate Griffith (well me too) for what he did during the eclipse (especially post eclipse)but what many people fail to understand is that Griffith's mental health after the torture was very critical.

  8. 2 de dic. de 2017 · cecpXCVII. • 7 yr. ago. Griffith was chosen before he was even born. The IoE made everything in history go the way it went (causality) so then Griffith could become the great hero of the 100 Year War to then lose everything when he was so close to his dream and eventually be reborn as a member of the God Hand. 2.

  9. 21 de may. de 2019 · During the eclipse, after the godhand showed Griffith his "true character", the very last thing he saw was Guts, and he remembered how Guts was the only person who was more important to him than his dream of having a country. This reminder, at that moment, may have allowed Griffith to see through the God Hand's theater, to recognize that they ...

  10. 14 de jun. de 2023 · Just before the eclipse Griffith had no idea the eclipse would even happen, so he couldn’t have been warning guts. My own interpretation is that Griffith didn’t want guts to take pity on him, to show him comfort, because that would destroy the last of his ego he had left; guts does touch him and this is the final straw that activates ...
