If you're already part of the Goodreads Author Program, you can add your new book following these steps: Navigate to your Author Dashboard. Click on Add a book. The book creation page displays with your correct author name pre-filled. Fill in your book's remaining details. For tips, see our Librarian Manual. Click Create book.
Goodreads offers relatively inexpensive advertising to authors. To get started, click here. To make your followers aware of an upcoming release or other news, consider writing a blog post or posting a status update about it. Both will show up in the newsfeed for anyone who follows you. One thing to avoid when promoting your books: over-promoting.

As of November 2023, you can no longer sign into your Goodreads account with Facebook. To access to your account, reset your Goodreads password and sign in using the Sign in with email option.
