手嶌葵 てしまあおい 1987年6月21日 福岡県生まれ。 2003年と2004年に、 出身地である福岡で行われたTEENS'MUSIC FESTIVAL協賛「DIVA」に出場。 その歌声が聴衆を魅了し、翌年には韓国で行われたイベント「日韓スローミュージックの世界」にも出演、好評を博した。 その当時彼女が歌った「The Rose」のデモCDが、スタジオジブリの鈴木敏夫プロデューサーと、2006年に公開された映画『ゲド戦記』の監督、宮崎吾朗氏の耳に届く事となり、デビューへの足掛かりとなった。 手嶌葵のCDをアマゾンで買う iTunes レコチョク.

TESHIMA Aoi is a voice actor/singer hailing from Fukuoka. She debuted as a seiyuu in the lead role in the anime Gedo Seki, while simultaneously debuting in the music world under the major label Yamaha Music. Her first single, Therru no Uta, reached #5 on Oricon charts. Aoi was born in Fukuoka in 1987.
