Vyacheslav Rudolfovich Menzhinsky (ruso: Вячесла́в Рудо́льфович Менжи́нский, polaco: Wiesław Mężyński; 19 Agosto de 1874 - 10 de mayo de 1934) fue un revolucionario bolchevique, estadista soviético y funcionario del Partido Comunista que se desempeñó como presidente de la OGPU de 1926 a 1934.
