Lyndsy Marie Fonseca (born January 7, 1987) [1] [2] is an American actress. She began her career by appearing as Colleen Carlton on the CBS daytime soap opera The Young and the Restless, on which she starred between 2001 and 2005.
Fonseca had a recurring role on the hit series, Desperate Housewives (2004), opposite Andrea Bowen and Nathan Fillion. She has also had recurring arcs on the critically-acclaimed series, Big Love (2006) , and the hit comedy, How I Met Your Mother (2005) .
