Joseph Darnand (Coligny, 19 de marzo de 1897- Fort de Chatillon, 10 de octubre de 1945) fue un político francés, líder de la extrema derecha de su país, jefe máximo de la Milicia Francesa y colaboracionista en favor de la Alemania nazi durante la II Guerra Mundial.

Darnand was a right-wing activist who joined various paramilitary and terrorist groups before the war. He formed the Milice Francaise, a pro-German militia, in 1943 and fled to Germany in 1944. He was executed in 1945 after a trial by the High Court.
