1 de jul. de 2024 · I saw that Baxter Dury played Glastonbury today and that reminded me of my love of his father's work and how I haven't listened to him in years. So I went down the Ian rabbit hole on YouTube and it filled my heart with joy. I marvel at the skill of his band. Such great musicianship. And Ian was such a character, a one-off.

10 de jun. de 2022 · I love Ian Dury, I've been listening to a lot of his stuff recently. I liked the movie Sex & Drugs & Rock n Roll, it's not exhaustive but it's fun. He seemed to have his own genre, like poetic Brit-funk.
