There is an implied sex scene while two people are in a car but the scene cuts before anything happens. When a man and a woman first meet they switch quickly to a sex scene between them in a garage. It's short, and no nudity is shown, but thrusting over a car and moaning.
James Franco adopted the cat from the film, and also adopted his double. The screenplay is an old project of Sylvester Stallone. It was written many years before but it was never realized and then abandoned due to his age. It came back into fashion when Jason Statham showed interest.
