The Mikhail Semyonovich Shchepkin Higher Theatre School (Institute) is a drama school associated with the State Academic Maly Theatre in Moscow. It was established in 1809 by decree of Alexander I of Russia.

The Mikhail Shchepkin Higher Theatre School (Institute) of the State Academic Maly Theatre of Russia is the oldest theatre school in Moscow. Its roots go back to the Imperial Theatre School of Moscow established by Emperor Alexander I on 28 December 1809.

Artyom se involucró en el estudio del teatro bajo la dirección de Boris Beinenson. Después de la escuela ingresó a la Escuela Superior de Teatro Mikhail Shchepkin. Entre 2003 y 2005 trabajó en la compañía Shalom Theater.
