Bill Pertwee (1926-2013) was an English actor and comedian, best known for playing ARP Warden Hodges in Dad's Army and P.C. Wilson in You Rang, M'Lord?. He was also a radio and TV personality, a writer, a charity worker and a family member of several actors.
