7 de nov. de 2021 · Most people say that it is not 100% accurate. That number changes all the time. In my case, it became specially inaccurate at the end. it said something like 6 or 9 months right before the time my interview was scheduled. I was a US citizen couple weeks later. what was surprisingly accurate for me was the estimated time in the uscis website.
25 de mar. de 2021 · I noticed the email updates I've received were all sent out a at 5am. So I just check once a day including my spam filter. You're kinda bringing that feeling upon yourself 😅 Yes, multiple updates per day are possible. Check it once a day after 6pm, or better yet, once a week.

Processing time went from 4 months, to 3 months, to 2 months, and then jumped up to 8 months last week. I was approved this past weekend. My friend who applied well before me had her case updated to 2 months, and still isn’t approved.
You can call the USCIS hotline (it's 1 (800) 375-5283) if you want to confirm that nothing else has been updated on your case. You might wait a long time, though, and they will probably tell you to just wait.

I-765 (EAD) I have received the I-765 Approval notice via mail and apparently it was approved 6/20. But USCIS case status has no change but still saying "Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS".
If you log in to your USCIS account online, it will state your name and address and below that it will list your cases. In my case, it says "Petition for Alien Relative" I-130. It will include the name of the beneficiary right beneath it. Below this is the receipt number and your PD (priority date). There are two tabs below this: Case Status ...
12 de nov. de 2023 · Hello guys, I'm encountering a bug in the USCIS website where the Case Status page only shows the status in Spanish and I need it in English for work purposes. For some reason only in the Case Status page this happens and the button on the top right used to change the language does no work and only shows "switch" instead of Spanish/English.
9 de may. de 2024 · June 13. There is nothing to do. All it means is that your case has been put in to an electronic system rather than paper. USCIS is gradually digitising but it has no effect on your case at all. May 9.
11 de abr. de 2024 · Uscis added captcha check for the case status to make sure the case status page is accessed by humans, not bots / crawlers. This shouldn't impact "my uscis" portal. I am sure there are some ways to beat these checks, but wonder how apps like case tracker, lawfully and websites like hilites.today are going to crawl through thousands of receipt ...
