29 de jul. de 2015 · OP's first version probably reflects the dated/archaic form [I] thank you kindly for your attention - but it's at the very least "unidiomatic", and should definitely be avoided. Personally, I think the word kind in the second version is both completely unnecessary and somewhat obsequious , so I wouldn't include it anyway.

16 de abr. de 2017 · This is a derivative (and I think a misunderstanding) of the stock 18th- and 19th-century formal closing: Thank you for your kind attention (i.e., for your kindness in attending to this letter and the matters it addresses). It is not to the best of my knowledge used in US correspondence, even very stiff commercial correspondence.
It might be better to just say, " Thank you. " and omit " in advance." I think this implies that you are grateful that they took their time to consider your request. Similar but better options include; I was hoping someone would ask me that. Thank you for that question. I’m sure many other people are wondering the same thing. Thanks for mentioning that.
