We identified highly expanded immunosurveilling tumour-reactive B cell clones that interact directly with CD8 T cells resulting in activated T cell responses. We highlight multiple pathways by which anti-tumour immune responses may be generated and maintained over the 16 years of disease course.

6 de jun. de 2023 · Single-cell multi-omics technologies and methods characterize cell states and activities by simultaneously integrating various single-modality omics methods that profile the transcriptome,...
15 de sept. de 2020 · Here, we review single-cell sequencing techniques for individual and multiomics profiling in single cells. We mainly describe single-cell genomic, epigenomic, and transcriptomic...
31 de mar. de 2023 · Recent advances in single-cell technologies have enabled high-throughput molecular profiling of cells across modalities and locations. Single-cell transcriptomics data can now be complemented...
26 de jun. de 2019 · This review introduced single-cell sequencing methods and their applications in tumors, microorganism, nervous system, reproductive medicine and immunology, highlighting the great advantages of single-cell sequencing technologies in the study of highly heterogeneous single-cell.
19 de abr. de 2024 · Here, we construct a single-cell multi-omics map of human tissues through in-depth characterizations of datasets from five single-cell omics, spatial transcriptomics, and two bulk omics across 125 healthy adult and fetal tissues.
11 de nov. de 2022 · In recent years, more and more single-cell technologies have been developed. A vast amount of single-cell omics data has been generated by large projects, such as the Human Cell Atlas, the Mouse Cell Atlas, the Mouse RNA Atlas, the Mouse ATAC Atlas, and the Plant Cell Atlas.
