13 de ago. de 2024 · Just had an email to learn that, apparently, I'm one of Santander's "most valued customers" (presumably because I've currently got 20 quid in my 123 Lite account, and they're very grateful) and so they're "upgrading" me to "Santander Select, our premier banking service".
21 de sept. de 2023 · This issue has been resolved by Santander. If you apply for the new fixed rate online/via app (as if for the first time) it gives you the option to upgrade an existing variable or fixed cash ISA (within 28 days of maturity). They will then automatically sweep the money across on the maturity date.

I told her this would change to the 16-digit number on her debit card (like mine is) but apparently this is not the case. She recalls having to choose some login passwords or sequences but can't quite remember.

13 de nov. de 2015 · I actually asked Santander this, once via my secure messages and once via Twitter. They both gave different addresses! One was the Bradford one, can't remember the other now. I used the Bradford one, but as several have said, it probably doesn't matter so long as the sort code and account number are correct.

I don't have any outstanding balance, and I rarely use it. If I were to use it, I would pay off the balance in full.
