Psychonauts Age Review. (4 stars because I couldn't do 4.5 stars) Psychonauts is a great game. Ok, now let's get into the age stuff. Iffy Stuff: Sasha Nein (adult) smokes a cigar. Nils (kid) is a ladies' man. Razputin and Lilli (both kids) are in love. Sasha Nein and Razputin both say "the A word" in dialogue once.
