After many hours of work, I present to you a modified 5e Character Sheet based on the WotC templates, I call it: Current Standard.
I'm always a fan of form-fillable character sheets, I much prefer saving stuff to my computer locally than using an online character creator. Some quick notes on potential fixes (I was using v1.2):
Hero Points. Gain 1 at the start of each session and when granted by the GM. Spend 1 to reroll a check. Spend All to avoid death.
The thing that has been holding me back however, has been the lack of what i deemed as clear, and good character sheets. So, I made designed my own. You can get it for free, but you can also choose to pay a few bucks if you like the product and are feeling generous, anything is greatly appreciated as this took me a little while to complete.
