We've been a SFP seller since Sept last year, but on 1st Feb this year we noticed that Amazon changed the delivery promise date for SFP listings from one-day to two day. Our Nationwide Prime shipping template is set up with automated shipping settings, and we use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 as our shipping services with RM.
Prime showing as active but no badge on listings and shipping showing as free delivery for prime customers on the 22nd HI, as the title suggests Prime Is showing as active, but listings do not have the prime badge, and shipping showing as delivery between 18th-22nd of November, all orders coming through as standard delivery.
Hi guys any one had the same experience on this? We have been denied another out of policy return SAFE T claim. What is the point for this Prime Program if Amazon keep overriding out of return windows returns, refunding the customers and then we get nothing or little amount the product returned after 6-12 months.
SFP DPD PRIME Tracking. Hello. On the 14/09/23 and 15/09/23 (and also ongoing) we have seen that DPD PRIME labels purchased from Amazon have issues with tracking details. If tracked on Amazon Seller Central the status is showing as "Waiting for collection", but if tracked on the DPD tracking site status is showing as delivered around 2 weeks ...
Its nothing to do with you specifically. When they mean store, they mean Amazon UK. Its saying that they have had to remove Prime/Prime Badge being a determining factor in their algorithim when determining who gets the featured offer. So in theory, it should mean more sellers using FBM should get the featured offer more often.

In reply to: 10 months ago. Nope. Assuming that the Prepaid Return Labels are the same as standard FBM returns here - you can't stop this. Only thing you could do is include prepaid return labels in your parcels - don't think there is any policy against this - however, in no way would it stop customers still using the amazon return system. . 0 0.
