Just this week, trying to download TV shows and movies for offline viewing while traveling using Netflix. The download feature has disappeared, it was there last week. Referring to Netflix's website, here is what it says now.
16 de jul. de 2024 · I have win 10 and I downloaded Netflix app from MS Store.There is no download option. I know that there r some movies don't have download option. But there is no download option below any of the movie. But if i try to download on my mobile everything is fine. My subscription allow to download on 2 devices including laptop.
16 de jul. de 2024 · It appears Netflix has updated its app on the Microsoft Store and it's no longer a Windows application but a PWA (Progressive Web App). I have the old version installed, but when I updated it just now, it became a PWA. Uninstall it and try to install the old version using this link and see if it helps.

I'm also having the same issue with the Netflix website on my mom's computer and my dad's laptop and his laptop is a Macbook. But I can login on my phone, my tablet, my Roku, my smart TV and my ...
1 de ene. de 2023 · For the meantime, check Windows Updates. Go to Settings >> Windows updates >> Check for updates. Also check optional updates and install them if available. 7 de mar. de 2023 · Occasionally when using the Netflix app, my whole laptop will freeze, and I have not found any way to get out of it (without having to force shut down) nor find the reason why it does that. It sometimes happens randomly, mostly when it transitions into playback, but I noticed it also freezes when I click on something too fast.
Whenever I watch Netflix for a few minuets, my computer crashes are restarts. The screen turns blue, it makes a very loud noise, and it says there is a problem and has a :( face. This happens every time I watch Netflix. I don't know why it has been doing this. It started happening more frequently last month and now it restarts almost twice a day.
