  1. Affordable, stable and versatile MIDI master clock, with options like pedals and metronome. For live and in the studio.

  2. 10 de mar. de 2022 · If this did get implemented, and the preset functionality also gets implemented, metronome subdivision would be a good thing to save with the preset, along with tempo and time signature. Whether you want 1/4 or 1/8 click would vary from song to song.

  3. 1 de mar. de 2022 · Oh I think I get it, you need it for the Metronome, correct? The Midronome is designed to work as the Master Clock, that's also where it is the most precise/stable. It can work as a Slave Clock, but only to an audio sync signal like the one sent by the Midronome DAW plugin (basically a pulse with a marking for the bar).

  4. 14 de jul. de 2023 · But the metronome on Misdronome and Ableton aren't matched 100%. When I record the metronome to audio it's not on the grid. I've also noticed that Midronome's metronome continues playing even when Ableton has stopped, I've not used the metronome before so not sure if this is typical behaviour. I have to unplug and replug to stop it...

  5. 31 de dic. de 2023 · There's probably also a use case for (as an optional configuration) sending metronome-as-MIDI-notes out over the DIN jacks as well. I can imagine wanting to drive a GM module or other hardware device to generate a more musically inconspicuous drum sound for playing along to.

  6. 25 de jul. de 2023 · The short answer is no. The long answer is you will set the tempo on the Midronome to a rounded BPM corresponding at the speed of that gate-out, and the metronome will have that tempo. I suggest you wait for Firmware 2.0 where the "sync to any pulse" feature will be implemented. More on that soon.

  7. 25 de may. de 2024 · Hi, I use midronome in a very simple way: MIDI Midronome --> Arturia Keystep --> Synths METRONOME - In ear of the drummer It would be great if the note le

  8. 4 de ago. de 2023 · This could mean for example a click/metronome, a regular drum kick, or an analog clock from a Eurorack module. This is a big deal to implement as the Midronome needs a "catch-up" mechanism to sync the downbeat to what is sent (meaning the device will gently accelerate or deccelerate until its metronome is in time with the signal).

  9. 6 de oct. de 2022 · Hi, I presume the metronome in Midronome accentuates the first beat of the bar. Is it possible to have metronome subdivisions? Meaning if the song tempo is e.g. 60bpm, the metronome counts in 120bpm or vice versa? Also, can you accentuate another beat in the bar except the first? Thanks.

  10. 5 de mar. de 2022 · My own use case: My band plays with a backing track, and we’re not able to sync up. We would like to start every backing track with one bar of a recorded metronome track that tells Midronome the tempo and pulse. After that, we’d route the musical backing track to the PA and use drum machines live perfectly sync’ed to the backing track.
