Arthur Greywhinder, now known as the Ice Cream Man, is the brother of Martin Greywhinder and co-founder of M&A HarmonyToys, M&A HarmonyPlay Production. He is the deuteragonist of Harmony and Horror, trying to stop his brother from killing and torturing any more innocent people.

If you look closely at the designs of both the Puppeteer and the Ice Cream Man, you can see that the shape of their mouths are completely different. Ice Cream Man's mouth opens all the way to the back of his head, while the Puppeteer's does not.
