Short Answer: Yes, why? Because "I AM ATOMIC" is a technique not a skill with limited power, it's destructive potential basically depends on the user's power. If you Shadow manage to gain infinite energy then "I AM ATOMIC" will be a multiversal level attack.
It's an AMAZINGLY good series. The Manga and the LN do the comedy way better than the anime, but the anime still does it well enough and is great.
In the Light Novel, "I am Atomic" only destroyed Zenon and the wall directly behind him. It did created some shockwaves that clear the clouds and caused tremors but otherwise did no damage. Which fits with how Iris thinks the damage was just caused by a mere magical artifact as opposed to a literal walking nuke.
