Esta expansión trae entre sus cartas a 2 megaevoluciones: Mega-Venusaur y Mega-Blastoise, y a 6 Pokémon-EX entre los cuales están los legendarios Yveltal y Xerneas. Un Pokémon solo puede megaevolucionar de un Pokémon-EX y durante ese turno no podrá atacar.
