Rob Miller is the only SVU multi-episode villain whose crimes and motivations aren’t clear to me even *after* reading his SVU wiki page. Guilty of a menacing beard in the first degree. Heinous indeed. So i just finished his (and Stone’s) last episode. I was a bit glib - his crimes are easy enough to figure out.
