Nana Osaki (大崎 ナナŌsaki Nana) is one of the titular characters in the NANA series. She is the lead vocalist of the initially underground punk band, the Black Stones, who moved to Tokyo in order to pursue her dreams about becoming a famous singer.
Plot. On March 5, 2001, Nana Osaki and Nana Komatsu (nicknamed Hachi) [a] cross paths when they both move to Tokyo after turning 20 years old: Nana O. to pursue a professional music career with her band, Black Stones, on her own merit; and Nana K. to join her friends and move in with her boyfriend.

Strangely enough, they decide to share an apartment and gradually become close friends.
In January 2021, it was announced that series would be adapted into a Chinese drama, also titled Nana. The story follows Nana Komatsu and Nana Osaki, who meet coincidentally on a train to Tokyo. They become roommates and develop a close friendship.
With their hearts set on going to Tokyo, Nana Komatsu dreams about blissful love, while Nana Osaki aims for a successful music career. The former has a cheerful and friendly nature, but her naivety has steered her romantic life astray until she meets her dependable boyfriend—Shouji Endo.
The Story Nana Osaki is a punk rocker from a small coastal town who comes to Tokyo to make a name for herself as a singer in the music scene, greatly influenced by her pseudo ex-boyfriend Ren who now plays for a band named Trapnest.
