The most significant differences between the UK Ordnance Survey maps and any comparable US maps come from several basic issues. The UK (England and Wales, but not Scotland so much) has a huge number (more than 140,000 miles) of footpaths that have a historically and legally protected right of pedestrian walking access for the public.

My personal experience is that some ports of entry have officers with significantly stricter attitudes. Others are more relaxed. For instance, in my experience, the difference between entering the USA via Florida and New York is like night and day. I've entered through both on many occasions.
31 de oct. de 2016 · 0. Travel Agenies [at least in Germany] do not offer one-way tickets to USA for non-US citizens (not even to greencard holders). One-way ticket costs usually up to three times more than a roundtrip ticket. Nobody with common sense would pay this.
