Silence is golden, spending one mana to instantly prevent all foes from casting spells that turn. With the right timing, this can effectively ruin an opponent's turn. Just remember they can still attack, activate abilities, or respond to Silence with an instant.
1) Silence won't retroactively undo the casting of any spells. If you respond to a spell with Silence, it won't do anything to that spell; that spell will resolve normally. 2) Silence can be responded to. This means your opponent can cast an instant (or multiple instants) in response to Silence.

10 de may. de 2021 · Yes, the play was legal. Normally, during the cleanup step, no player gets priority to cast spells or activate abilities. However, since the player affected by Silence controlled The Gitrog Monster and had to discard cards during cleanup, one of which was a land, players got rounds of priority.
