Gleek is the pet of the alien Wonder Twins, Zan and Jayna. He debuted in The All-New Super Friends Hour, which first aired September 10, 1977. Gleek's vocalizations were provided by Michael Bell, who also voiced Zan.
Gleek is a blue "Exxorian Space Monkey" and the pet of Zan and Jayna. Like the Wonder Twins, he comes from the planet Exxor. He has a stretchable, prehensile tail which can be quite useful.

While touring with the carnival, Gleek met the young Exxorian shape-shifter, Zan and Jayna. Recognizing their unhappiness with carnival life, Gleek helped them to flee the circus and escape from Exxor. He accompanied the twins to Earth where he shared in many of their adventures as one of the Super Friends.
The Wonder Twins have a pet Space Monkey named Gleek, who has a useful prehensile tail and who can act as a conduit for the twins to activate their powers should they be out of reach.
The Wonder Twins' are Zan and Jayna, alien siblings from the planet Exxor with shapeshifting ability, but they can only activate them when they touch hands. Zan has the ability to morph into any form of water, while Jayna can transform into any animal.
