Rushanara Ali (Bengali: রুশনারা আলী; born 14 March 1975) is a British politician who served as Member of Parliament (MP) for Bethnal Green and Bow from 2010 until the seat's abolition in 2024. A member of the Labour Party, she was the first British Bangladeshi elected to Parliament.

Rushanara Ali is a Labour MP since 2010, a member of the Treasury Select Committee and the UK Trade Envoy to Bangladesh. She has co-founded several charities and social innovation initiatives, and has worked on various policy issues such as education, development, poverty and extremism.
