Dit alles demonstreert dat Noble een fundamentele bijdrage had aan de ontwikkeling van jazz en dance bands in 20er en 30er jaren. Hij laat hier een aanzienlijke hoeveelheid werk achter.

Ray Noble led some of the most successful dance orchestras of the 1930s and 1940s. Their line-ups included British and American artists and many well-known musicians made their first steps in his band. This compilation with its informative booklet features 24 tracks which have been carefully re-mastered.
