  5. Noor Al-Samarrai is a poet and documentarian from California. Her work has been supported by Mophradat, the Fulbright Foundation, and the Breadloaf Environmental Conference. Her first collection of poetry, EL CERRITO (Inside the Castle, 2018), was recognized with an honorable mention by the Arab American Book Awards.
