Our Little Sister (Japanese: 海街 diary, Hepburn: Umimachi Diary, lit. "Seaside town diary") is a 2015 Japanese drama film written, directed and edited by Hirokazu Kore-eda and based on Akimi Yoshida's manga series Umimachi Diary. It stars Haruka Ayase, Masami Nagasawa, Kaho and Suzu Hirose.
Three sisters Sachi, Yoshino and Chika live together in a large house in the seaside city of Kamakura. When their father absent from the family home for the last 15 years dies, they travel to the countryside for his funeral and meet their shy 14-year-old half-sister, Suzu.
Sinopsis. Sachi, Yoshino y Chika son tres hermanas que viven en Kamakura (Japón), en la casa de su abuela. Un día reciben la noticia de la muerte de su padre, que las abandonó cuando eran pequeñas. En el funeral conocen a la hija que su padre tuvo trece años antes y pronto las cuatro hermanas deciden vivir juntas.
Sachi ( Haruka Ayase ), Yoshino ( Masami Nagasawa) y Chika Kōda ( Kaho) son tres hermanas de 29, 22 y 19 años de edad, respectivamente. Las hermanas viven en la casa de sus abuelos en Kamakura, donde crecieron después de que sus padres se separaron y las abandonaron.
