John Winter Crowfoot CBE (28 July 1873 – 6 December 1959) was a British educational administrator and archaeologist.

An inspector with the ministry of public instruction for Egypt and the Sudan, but he also developed considerable expertise as an archaeologist, and later became director of the British School of Archaeology in Jerusalem. John Winter Crowfoot was the only son of John Henchman Crowfoot and his wife, Mary Bayly.
